How to play

1. Spin the CLUB and ERA reels to land one of 29 clubs and an era between 1950 and 2025.
2. Draft and place any player from that clubhouse, then choose his spot on the diamond. Natural positions keep full ratings; pitcher and catcher are specialists.
3. Make the calls at the end of May, at the trade deadline and in September.
4. Play 162 games in a full 30-club league with live standings and extra innings. Only 162-0 is perfect.

How to build a 162-0 team

• Your pitcher is your whole staff: pitching makes up 65% of your run prevention.
• Keep players at their natural positions. Out-of-position players lose 5% to 35% of their ratings and cost chemistry.
• Chase the chemistry boosts: an ace on the mound, a reliable catcher, middle-order power, contact hitters, outfield range and a double-play pair.
• An average stamina of 80 or more avoids late-season fatigue.
• Make the call that fits your nine: stack the power bats, play small ball, or buy the piece you are missing at the deadline.

Every club plays 81 home and 81 away games. Watch the standings move after every game, track games back, shutouts, extra innings and walk-offs, and see where your nine finishes among 30 clubs.
