Restoring Purchases
If you upgraded to Hoop Dynasty Pro on a new device or reinstalled the game, open the in-app Settings menu and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original subscription.
Game Center Sync & Leaderboards
If your season high scores are not appearing on the global leaderboard, verify that Game Center is enabled in your device's iOS Settings under Settings → Game Center, and ensure you have an active network connection.
Local Multiplayer Connection
For head-to-head drafting against a nearby opponent, both devices must have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled in iOS Settings and be within proximity (under 30 feet). Ensure Local Network permissions are permitted when prompted.
Device Compatibility
82-0 requires iOS 15.6 or iPadOS 15.6 or later. If the app closes unexpectedly, please update your device to the latest iOS release and ensure at least 100 MB of available storage space.
